Frank is an associate in Lawrences’ Litigation Group. He maintains an active and broad civil litigation practice where he handles a variety of matters, including those involving corporate/commercial disputes, estates litigation, various breaches of contract, construction litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, fee assessments, and employment litigation. Frank represents a wide array of clients from corporate owner/operators, estate trustees, contractors/subcontractors, privately held Canadian corporations, foreign corporations, and individuals.
Prior to joining Lawrences, Frank practiced at a reputable Mississauga based law firm, where he was solely responsible for carriage of the firm’s litigation matters. During this time, Frank developed a hands-on and client service oriented approach to his files. Frank understands that litigation can be a daunting and stressful experience for those involved. As a result, Frank places particular emphasis on taking the time to understand each of his client’s unique situations, goals, and concerns. Using this information, Frank works with his clients in order to develop an informed strategy to best achieve their desired objectives.
Frank is an effective advocate and he has successfully litigated cases at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. Frank regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
Frank is a skilled negotiator and is able to leverage his courtroom experience as an asset in order to resolve disputes on behalf of his clients. As a result, a significant majority of Frank’s cases are able to settle outside of court in a cost effective manner and on terms which are favorable to his clients.
